Tooling
Tooling, or machine tooling, is the backbone of every manufacturing and molding process. Tooling refers to building the different types of components and machinery needed for production, like molds and jigs. Effective tooling ensures that manufactured products function properly, extend the product lifecycle, and make for a higher quality product overall. However, when it comes to tooling, one size does not fit all so creating a reliable, high-quality part requires a strong understanding of which tooling process best suits a given part.

Fixtures
Fixtures are critical manufacturing tools that enable automation. You’d be hard-pressed to find an automated industrial process that doesn’t involve fixtures. An automobile assembly line, for instance, is not possible without the hardworking fixtures that secure and guide cars through the welding and assembly process. They can also be used to hold a product in place for optical and laser scanning to assess manufacturing quality. Take a walk through a manufacturing facility & you’re bound to come across a fixture or two.

Gages
Gages and inspection fixtures are our specialties. We create everything from small hand-held Go/NoGo attribute gages to PLC-controlled pneumatically actuated gages with digital probes and PC-based data collection systems. We believe in high-quality products and services as we position ourselves as a premium brand.
